Owner Assist Annuals
My philosophy is that an informed owner is a safer pilot. Annual inspections are very detail oriented and allow a look into areas an owner my not be comfortable investigating on their own. An owner assist annual usually takes a little longer than an annual completed just by myself but if you are willing I am happy to teach you to become a more knowledgeable owner/operator.
Logbook Audit
The worth of an aircraft is in its paperwork. The industry known phrase “an airplanes logbooks should out weigh the airplane” isn’t far from the truth. However there is an efficient way to manage the ever growing paperwork trail. Through my experience in the industry have learned a particular set of skills that allow me to decipher aircraft records and organize them in a way that the owner can have more oversight on what is due. I provide a maintenance due report easily maintained by an owner and allows you to stay informed and on top of the ever growing cost of aviation whilst minimizing surprises.
Pre-Purchase Evaluation
With the ever growing cost of aviation and the rise of value of aircraft, making sure you buy smart is an extremely important part of the process. I provide a look at the aircraft as a non-biased party. From logbooks to detailed inspection of the aircraft, I cover all the basis to help provide you peace of mind in your purchase.
